We are currently seeking a:

Part-Time Estimator

Prepares estimates and controls project documentation with regards to contracts, bids subcontracts, pay requests, change orders, job start-up and job close-out.  Successful candidate will work one to two days a week, averaging ten to twelve hours per week.

·        Assist in determining the project scope to bid on and the need for any subcontracts.

·        Measure properties to determine square footage of landscaping services required.

·        Review project documents including instructions to bidders, drawings, specifications, general conditions and special conditions.

·        Compile data and input into bidding software to accurately estimate projects.

·        Manage TGBID and Lynx Records.

·        Coordinate with operations team to ensure all parties agree on estimate.

·        Relay estimate results to sales person upon operation approval.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and

experience.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

As required by federal and state law.
